It's not a problem. I don't mind talking to people at all and sometimes the plot bunnies do take off and a story is born so it never hurts to give it a try

.. i am not saying to soften him up, merely keep an eye on how kagome raises shippou afterwards, after all shippou IS a fellow kitsune. i know what you mean by ooc.i myself hate it.especially when most authors characterize inuyasha as a slave driver, which he is not. I've played the game, and watched enough episodes of it to know that... i think he's actually quite lazy, for a person in the feudal era. bugs me like crazy.lol, anyway, there are a few pics i have to post up, so I'll talk to you later. thnx for even responding to this, i didn't think you would. i love your pics by the way.

I had this long response typed out and then my computer flipped out on me and I lost it all. Ugh.

Anyway, I'll give it some consideration. My other stories take first priority, but afterwards I can see what the muse comes up with. My first thought just wouldn't work if you wanted Youko softened up and I'll be honest, I'm not sure how well I'll be able to write him. Nothing bugs me worse than being ooc and the way he's portrayed in most fics irritates me which is a large reason why I became disenchanted with the pairing. I'll see what I can come up with though and I'm flattered that you thought of me to present the idea to.

... somewhat along those lines, although i understand what you mean by the characterization of yoko, but if you could soften the "yoko-ness" to something along the lines of, the fact that he smells another kitsune on her, and then finds out more about that kitsune, and then simply check on shippou and kagome, after 'the blanket scenario' just to make sure that the other kitsune is surviving... but sorry to say, i'm a little grossed out by yaoi, though i have nothing against gay people... heck some of my best freinds are gay! and they give the best hugs. lol. so.... that is one of the very few limitations. but that's about it... if you wish to continue it any further, then by all means, do what you want with it. i would have written it myself, but i don't know the yyh characters enough to write with them. i'm still watching the series. another reason why i asked you to write was because i have read many other fics you have written, and wanted to see what you would do with an idea given to you. if you would like any ideas for other fics, i would be happy to help, for some reason i've been able to get a couple of my friends out of writers block. i may or may not be able to with you. depends on if you like my ideas enough to use them.

I'll give it some thought. I've got another unpublished story in the works right now that I'm determined to finish before I work on anything else. After that I need to finish the next chapter of On The Night of A Blood Red Moon. That chapter is about three quarters done, I just need to finish the other story and get the first part posted.


However, before I put any serious thought into it I want to make certain you're okay with my characterization of Youko. It's been ages since I've written anything with Kagome and Kurama in it since Hiei/Kagome is my OTP and my views on the fox have changed drastically. Very few people ask my to write with him anymore for that reason and the last person that did told me to write him as I saw fit... Which is how Journey Into Submission was born. I don't know if you have read any of my yaoi fics or not, but I tend to revert Youko into the cold, ruthless bandit he was in the past. If he's interested in Kagome it would be as a playtoy until he got what he wanted out of her. It's unlikely that there would be a romantic attachment between any of the three.


What restrictions, if any would you be placing on this challenge? Or is it, anything and everything goes?

... it's a one shot. kagome must be in the feudal era. she must meet yoko and hiei. and OF COURSE, yoko would have things other than just meeting kagome on his mind... surly you get my drift... it's kinda like a blanket scenario, she's stuck where she was transported- by naraku - and it's cold. she understands, somewhat, of the pain hiei's past causes him. Sure kuronue can pop up in there somewhere, but, i wanna see what you'd do with this... heh that is if you accept. i've left the idea pretty much open for you, you can write quite a bit of different things and add others if you want to. but, so long as there is no yusuke. he wasn't around 500 years ago... lol lets see what you can do.

YES!!!! I love myth wars. oh and i totally recromend if you want to play an mmorpg. It's meant for low memory computers. the graphics are awesome!!!!!! the sound track is excellent, and there's plenty to do! the only down thing about it is there isn't much option to customization. there's only 4 races, cenatar, human, mage, and borg. you have to choose one of those, and then you have to choose the sex. that's all you can do. but that's the only down fall! the rest is awesome!!!! if you get the chance, i recommend you try it. the web address to get it is [link] the most memory you need to run it is 1 gig. that's it. usualy it's about 5 gig's.
